Ella Barr Overseas Quality Assurance is a consultancy that delivers expert overseas and domestic Quality Assurance services.

We will travel overseas or across the street to assure that your garments are produced under very specific quality specifications. We handle everything from first samples to production. We always assure that no problems will exist with the quality of your garments right down to the care labels. We handle quality assurance if you are importing products into the United States or shipping them across the street to the mall.

I have over 35 years of experience in all facets of manufacturing and quality control. My experience is very broad and includes all categories of garments, such as men's, boys', women's, junior, and girls’ apparel. I have been responsible for the quality control and production of more than 15 lines sold in major retail outlets such as Wal-Mart and also in high-end retailers such as Neiman Marcus. In addition, I have traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, Africa and Asia to manage and oversee the production of a number of lines. My expertise is completely hands on, and I specialize in first samples, size specifications, technical design as well as inspection procedures.

I have also trained and supervised field inspectors and sourced domestic and overseas manufacturers contributing to over $500 million in sales revenues.
